SHIBAYAMA INRO IN BAMBOO FORM

A gold lacquer shibayama inro in the form of a bamboo, each side reserved within a silver rim, decorated with a group of cranes at the waterside with reeds on one side and with a flower cart with peony, magnolia and wisteria arranged in a basket on the other. The border decorated with a stylized motif of bamboo leaves and flowers. The details in ivory, mother-of-pearl, horn, coral and jade. The interior of nashiji.  With a jade ojime and a gold lacquer manju netsuke with peony.
Signed on the inro Masatsugu and on the netsuke Shibayama.
