Singed Inoue Ryosai
Inoue Ryosai I (1827 - ?) born circa 1827 started work originally in Seto, moving to Tokyo in 1866. He won prizes at the domestic expositions during the Meiji period and also worked on exhibition pieces for the Kiryu Kosho Kaisha in Paris 1878.
