Pair of shibuichi and silver vases with pine and plum trees
Yotsuya Masami, Kobayashi Kako
A pair of inlaid shibuichi and silver vases finely decorated in katakiri-bori with a pine and flowering plum trees, the tree branches in skilled chisel work and pine cones and blossoms and are inlaid in gold. With carved wood stands and tomobako with a stamp of Tenshōdō Company in Tokyo, a purveyors to the Imperial Household Agency.
