A gold lacquer ko ̄bako (incense box) with two interior boxes, the cover decorated in takamaki-e, hiramaki-e and kirikane with the view of Mt. Fuji in the distance over the lake, the interior boxes depicting a pair of birds, one holding a cherry branch and the other with a maple. The interior of nashiji. With silver rims.
